Healthcare

We pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees — and 75% for eligible dependents — across multiple plan options, with telehealth, Employee Assistance Program resources, and FSA benefits included. You're eligible from day one: enrollment opens Friday, June 12, 2026, and coverage goes live July 1, 2026.

Retirement

Every eligible U.S. employee gets a 401(k) with a 5% employer match plus a 5% non-elective contribution — 10% combined. Eligibility is immediate on enrollment (subject to plan terms), and contributions start August 1, 2026.

Time Off

PTO is flexible and unlimited — no accrual tracking, no carryover math — and we genuinely encourage you to use it. On top of that: three floating holidays a year for cultural, religious, and personal observances, a year-end shutdown between Christmas and New Year's, a company shutdown for July 4th week, and the following paid holidays (observed Friday or Monday when they land on a weekend):
